Witch's Potion Bags

Easy Halloween craft

Cute and easy faux bags for a Halloween decoration.


What you will need for this project:

Paper bags
Metallic foil
Dollar store poster paints
Twine
Scissors

Cut open a paper grocery bag. Cut out the bottom.

Cut the bag into different size pieces.

Crumble a piece up and run it under a faucet sink to get it completely wet.

Open up the wet piece of crinkled paper bag.

Shape into a bag shape and tie it off with a twist tie. Let dry.

Make different size and shaped faux bags.

Paint the dried bags with different colored paints. Free style. You don't have to color it entirely. Let some of the brown paper show through for contrast and an aged spooky look.

Take the twist tie off and tie some twine around the tops.

I made my metallic bags from the metallic wrap from some dollar store crackers. Just cut the metallic wrapper lengthwise, shaped into a small bag and tied some twine at the top.

And now you've got some Witch's Potion Bags!
