Hang Around Nooses

What you will need for this project:

A piece of scrap wood
Dollar store black poster paint
String, rope, or twine
Three screws
Hand drill
Screwdriver
Glue

I painted a scrap piece of wood I had hanging around with black, dollar store, poster paint.

I cut three pieces of nylon twine I had and made them into small nooses. To make the nooses I searched the web for instructions and photos and then made mine.

I used my hand drill and drilled three evenly spaced holes in my wood board. Then I partially screwed in the screws.

I wrapped the twine around the screws and then screwed the screws completely into the holes locking the twine to the board.

From my computer I printed out the words "Hang" and "Around" onto a piece of paper.  Or you can use painted lettering instead of a computer printer.

Then I cut out the words and glued them to the board and also glued some more twine to the back of the board to hang the sign with.

And that's it! A spooky Halloween decoration ready to "Hang Around"!
